These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of SyncedIQs website, mobile applications, messaging services, and related workforce coordination, scheduling, shift discovery, shift claiming, work opportunity listings, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding login credentials.Account Ownership & User Roles
The employer or organization creating the account is the sole owner of the account and all data generated within it. Employees, contractors, and invited users have no ownership rights and access may be revoked at any time.Use of Services
You agree not to misuse the Services or violate applicable laws.Platform Role
SyncedIQ provides a technology platform only and does not employ workers, guarantee work availability, or guarantee that any user will be offered, accepted for, or complete any shift or work opportunity.Cross-Border Data Processing
Personal information may be processed outside your jurisdiction. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect data.Employer Responsibility
Employers are solely responsible for labor compliance, payroll accuracy, worker classification, and verification of all time records and payroll outputs.Timekeeping Disclaimer
SyncedIQ does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of time records, calculations, or payroll exports. All records are provided for informational purposes only.Data Processing
Employers act as data controllers. SyncedShift acts solely as a data processor.SMS & Communications
Operational messages related to scheduling, shift opportunities, confirmations, and account activity may be sent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to the Services belongs to SyncedShift or its licensors.Service Availability
Services are provided as available and may change, be suspended, or discontinued without notice.Third-Party Services
SyncedIQ is not responsible for outages, delays, or errors caused by third-party providers.Suspension & Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms or to prevent legal, security, or operational risk.Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.Limitation of Liability
